Unit price business

Uniform price business is a business in which all items have a uniform price, or in which there are only very few different price ranges. In terms of amount, they are mostly low-value items. Today there is no longer a uniform price business in this pronounced form. Woolworth opened the first uniform price store in America at the turn of the century. All goods in the first Woolworth stores had a single price of originally 5 cents. Small-price businesses have developed from the E and have also existed in Europe since the early twenties.
