Team Selling – Entscheidungen über den Kauf komplexer Produkte werden oft von einer Gruppe von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern verschiedener Bereiche getroffen (Buying Center). Daher liegt es nahe, dass auch beim Verkauf mehrere Personen an der Lösung von Kundenproblemen beteiligt werden (Selling Center, Kundenteam). Die häufigste Form der Zusammenarbeit ist das Team Selling von Investitionsgütern.
