Routine purchase

Routine or habitual purchases are when the buyer refrains from looking for alternatives. Based on positive experiences from previous purchases, the consumer always turns to the same product. This buying behavior leads to brand loyalty. Possible reasons for this behavior: time savings, often noticeable in employed people, or a reduction in the purchase risk. The consumer behaves completely differently when it comes to impulse or spontaneous purchases.
