Quality management presentation consists of all planned and systematic activities that are implemented within the quality management system (quality management). These are explicitly set out, which creates sufficient trust with regard to the fulfillment of the quality requirements in a unit.
Internally, the quality management presentation serves to create trust among executives and employees in their own quality capability and thus primarily has a motivational function. In external terms, the quality management presentation to customers and other stakeholder groups fulfills profiling purposes, illustrates the company's efforts to meet the quality requirements of the stakeholder groups and can serve as the basis for issuing a quality certificate.
Typical instruments of quality management presentation are quality management manuals, quality statistics, quality audits, certification, benchmarking, etc.
