Quality control includes measures that are necessary to achieve the targets set in quality planning as target values with the help of pre-control. If the actual values are determined by the quality control, after an analysis of the target / actual deviation, a readjustment can be initiated if necessary. The quality control is responsible for:

Quality promotion can take place internally via control measures, e.g. B. through increased motivation of employees to work as error-free as possible. External it is z. B. possible through appropriate warranty options. Current concepts of quality requirements are:

Total Quality Management (TQM)

That Total Quality Management (TQM), which is a long-term, integrated concept originated in Japan to ensure the quality of products with the participation of employees at low cost.

Zero Defect Concept (NFK)

That Zero Defect Concept (NFK), in which an attempt is made through systematic quality improvement to manufacture 100 % products free of errors and at reasonable costs. The aim is to motivate employees to work as error-free as possible. This can e.g. B. be done on the basis of competition between the individual groups.

System Computer Aided Quality Assurance (CAQ)

That System Computer Aided Quality Assurance (CAQ) is a wide range of software to support quality management, e.g. B. as expert systems. Quality plans and test plans are created here with the aid of computers.
