Permanent representative in tax law

According to § 13 AO, a permanent representative is a person who obtains orders for a company, arranges or concludes contracts, maintains a warehouse and makes deliveries from them. In addition to the permanent establishment (Section 12 AO), the term plays a significant role, especially in international tax law.
