Payment Act

Installment Act regulates the rights between buyer and seller in an installment transaction (loan sale). The latest version of the Payment Act came into force on October 1, 1974. One of the most important regulations is that the installment contract must contain information about the buyer's right of withdrawal. The cancellation period is one week and begins with the delivery of the installment contract to the buyer.
