Outbound in tax law

Cross-border issues must be systematically differentiated according to whether they are assessed from the point of view of a tax resident or a tax non-resident. The outbound case shows the tax resident's point of view: Foreign direct investments by a company with headquarters or management in Germany are referred to as outbound investments.
