Mobility barriers

Mobility barriers serve the company either through the creation of specific benefits or the realization of existing provider advantages in order to bind the individual customer to the company and to prevent a migration to the competitor.

The possibility for this is to shield the customer from the competition on the one hand by fully satisfying them or on the other hand to try to keep away or deter competitors through superior know-how and the availability of specific resources, which also prevents customers from churning. Mobility barriers are therefore aimed at long-term customer loyalty to the company.
