Management by Projects

This management concept developed from project management. In contrast to project management, however, it is not a management concept for individual tasks with a project character, but aims to lead an entire company exclusively through projects or project networks. Such a concept has developed in project-oriented companies where project management is the predominant form of leadership. These prerequisites can be found primarily in industrial plant construction companies and in the construction industry.
