Employment Promotion Act

The Employment Promotion Act aims to bring about active and forward-looking employment promotion. It is intended to help reduce or weaken unemployment. The Federal Employment Agency is responsible for promoting employment. It performs the tasks of career counseling, advanced training, retraining, etc. provided for in the law. On January 1st, 1986, a number of new regulations came into force within the framework of the Employment Promotion Act.
