Imperative technique - With this closing technique a salesperson can help his customer to make the right purchase decision. The customer is ordered to choose a specific alternative.
Example: “Take this model! After what you have told me, this is exactly what you need ”.

The purchase order (imperative) is particularly effective as a decision-making aid if the seller justifies it with an important product advantage or additional benefit for the customer.
Example: “Send the reply card today! If we receive your order within a week. Receive 3 % early purchase discount ".
