Image investigation

Image investigation is the investigation of an image. It determines whether consumers know a particular retail store and how they judge it. This is done by asking passers-by. From the retailer's point of view, the key question is: How do customers see my business? An image study determines in which store the respondents prefer to buy certain goods and why.

Conversely, it is also determined why certain businesses are avoided. At the same time, the level of awareness of a company is worked out. The image analysis gives the retailer important information about the strengths and weaknesses of his company.
