Headquarters for Combating Unfair Competition

The headquarters for combating unfair competition was re-established in July 1949. It is their task to fight unfair competition in cooperation with the leading trade associations. Every year, over 12,000 complaints are submitted to the Central Office for Combating Unfair Competition for arbitration and assessment. The headquarters for combating unfair competition has over 1,100 members. This includes all chambers of industry and commerce, all chambers of crafts and around 400 associations.
