Graph theory

What is graph theory?
Graph theory, in computer science and applied mathematics, refers to an extensive study of points and lines. A diagram contains shapes whose dimensions differ in their placement, which is determined by vertices and points. In integrated circuits (ICs) and printed circuit boards (PCBs), graph theory plays an important role when complex layered microchips are connected together to perform useful functions.

Graph theory mainly deals with ends or edges in a graph that are end nodes. A vertex may or may not be part of a chart, but is identified by the scale of the chart. Graph theory helped scientists develop the electronics of microchips by providing a maximum density of components and a minimum overall length of the interconnect conductor.

The purpose of using graph theory is to optimize processing time, increase processing speed, and increase electrical efficiency, taking into account the power rating of the device.
