What is Exibyte (EiB)?
An exbibyte (EiB) is a unit of digital information storage that is used to denote the size of data. It corresponds to 2 60 or 1 152 921 504 606 846 976 bytes and corresponds to 1024 pebibytes.
Exbibyte refers to an exabyte that is equivalent to 10 18 or 1,000,000,000,000,000,000 bytes. Exbibyte comes before zebibytes and after pebibytes. It was developed by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), but its use has been reduced in favor of the SI unit, exabyte.
