The internal company is an amalgamation of several people to achieve a common purpose (according to § 705 BGB). In contrast to the GbR, the company does not appear externally. Only the partner is entitled and obliged from legal transactions, but not the other shareholders. Internal societies are especially those silent Society and the Sub-participation. Taxation depends on the structure of the articles of association (silent partnership).
