Corkscrew technique

Corkscrew technology - the seller asks the customer open or closed questions in order to find out whether and which objections or pretexts (purchase resistance) still stand in the way of the purchase decision.

Examples:

"Are there any other reasons that speak against our offer?" (Closed question)

“What is still keeping you from accepting our offer?” (Open question).
