Competitive pricing policy

If the own price is higher than the prices of the competitors, the price proceeds per item increase. The disadvantage here is that fewer products are sold overall due to the higher price and thus the overall turnover decreases. If the price is significantly higher than that of the competition, the company must offer an unrivaled value-added offer so that the customer is ready to pay for it.

Determining the price based on competitive prices alone will not be enough to convince customers of products. This also requires an image (e.g. T-shirts from well-known sports brands) or a convenient location that offers customers advantages.
