What is Cisco Certified Network Professional?
A Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) is someone in the IT industry who has earned a Cisco career certification. This is a type of IT professional certification created by Cisco Systems to demonstrate that a person is properly qualified and suitable for Cisco network products and systems.

There are five levels of certification:

Entry Level - Serves as a starting point to become a Cisco certified professional. Certified Cisco Technician (CCT) and Certified Cisco Entry Network Technician (CCENT) fall into this category.
