Black Book of Tax Waste

The Association of Taxpayers publishes the so-called Black Book every year. It exposes cases of gross waste of taxpayers' money, names those responsible and criticizes the reasons for the inappropriate use of government revenues. With a more appropriate and more cautious spending policy, tens of billions of euros could be saved. With the black book, the local authorities are urged to deal more consciously with tax revenues. In this respect, the Black Book has a prophylactic effect. It is required to set up a superordinate supervisory authority.
