What does division controlling mean?

Area controlling is a form of controlling that relates to a uniformly managed organizational unit, usually an operational department.

A distinction is made between:

Material controlling

The financial controlling, das z. B. den Cash Flow, den Eigenkapitalanteil, den Verschuldungskoeffizienten, die Liquidität und die Rentabilität untersucht.

Personnel controlling

Personnel controllingthat z. B. with the Absenteeism rate, der Fluktuationsrate, der Überstundenquote und der Arbeitsproduktivität beschäftigt.

Information controlling

Information controlling, das z. B. dafür zu sorgen hat, dass die Datenempfänger mit Informationen weder über- noch unterversorgt werden.

Organizational controlling

Organizational controlling, das sich z.B. mit dem funktionsfähigen Organisationsprozess und der Senkung von Kosten der Aufbau- bzw. Projektorganisation beschäftigt. Mithilfe des Controlling als Gesamtcontrolling werden die verschiedenen Aktivitäten des Bereichscontrolling koordiniert. Es kann aber auch jeder Bereich ein separates Controlling haben.
