Einkaufsverband ist der Zusammenschluß von Einzelhändlern aufgrund einer bestimmten Rechtsgrundlage zum gemeinsamen Einkauf von Waren (Purchasing community, Purchasing cooperative). Einkaufsverband nehmen in der Regel zentral die Bestellungen ihrer Mitglieder entgegen und nehmen direkt oder indirekt die Warenanlieferungen vor. Meist haften die Einkaufsverband gegenüber den Lieferanten für die Rechnungswerte (sogenannte Delkredere-Haftung) und regulieren sie auch zentral.
