Production controlling tasks

Produktionscontrollingaufgaben beinhalten die Unterstützung des Produktionsmanagements durch Koordination von Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle mit der dazu erforderlichen Informationsversorgung. Sie umfassen im Einzelnen die Systemgestaltung, d.h. den Aufbau und die Anpassung des Produktionsplanungs-, Produktionssteuerungs- und Produktionskontrollsystems sowie des Produktions-Informationsversorgungssystems und die Systemnutzung, d.h. Wahrnehmung der laufenden Aufgaben innerhalb der bestehenden Systeme.
