What is cyber law?
Cyber law is the area of law that deals with the relationship of the internet to technological and electronic elements, including computers, software, hardware and information systems (IS).
Cyberlaw is also known as Cyber Law or Internet Law.
Cyberlaws prevent or reduce large-scale damage from cybercrime by protecting access to information, privacy, communications, intellectual property and freedom of speech related to the use of the internet, websites, email, computers, cell phones, software and hardware as data storage devices .
The increase in Internet traffic has resulted in a higher proportion of legal issues around the world. Because cyberlaws vary by jurisdiction and country, enforcement is difficult and restitution ranges from fines to imprisonment.
