Die Dokumentation der Aufbauorganisation muss eindeutig und verständlich erfolgen. Sie ist ständig zu pflegen, d. h. Änderungen einzelner Daten, Änderungen in Teilbereichen und Maßnahmen der Reorganisation sind aktuell zu erfassen, was zweckmäßigerweise computergestützt erfolgen sollte.
